- To claim a listing, users must complete the verification process by providing sufficient evidence of their connection to the listing. Riff Maps reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any claim to ensure its authenticity.
- Listings created or claimed become the claimant or authors responsibility including the accuracy and completeness of the information associated with the listing. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, descriptions, events, and associated media.
- Authors/Claimants are required to keep their listing information up to date. Any changes to key details, such as operating hours, contact information, or event schedules, must be updated promptly to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- All information provided for the listing must comply with Riff Maps’ content guidelines, which prohibit misleading, offensive, or inappropriate material. Claimants and Authors must ensure their listings align with these standards at all times.
- Riff Maps reserves the right to review claimed listings periodically to verify their accuracy and adherence to platform guidelines. Claimants and Authors may be contacted to confirm or update their information as part of this process.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in the removal of the claimant’s or authors rights to manage the listing. Riff Maps may, at its discretion, revoke access if the listing is found to contain inaccurate or outdated information or violates platform policies.
- While Riff Maps provides tools and resources for managing listings, the responsibility for content accuracy lies solely with the Claimant or Author. Riff Maps shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or issues arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the claimant.
- Claimants or Authors may choose to relinquish their claimed status at any time by notifying Riff Maps. Similarly, Riff Maps reserves the right to terminate the listing and access if these terms are breached or if the listing no longer meets the platform’s standards.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riff Maps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.
